His domestic and international practice focuses on the following key areas:
- General corporate and business law
- Venture capital investing
- Private equity funds
- Real estate financing and syndication and a variety of investment vehicles
- Clients include: software & technology, entrepreneurship, media & entertainment, and healthcare.
Primarily servicing the South Florida area, he serves as outside general counsel responsible for all legal and business affairs for a number of small to mid-sized businesses and private equity funds.
Currently, he is the general counsel of Humantelligence Inc. (“HT” ). HT is a cloud-based, SaaS platform that leverages A.I. and behavioral science to help companies measure, manage, and hire for culture.
Pedro is active in the community and regularly provides pro-bono legal services to a number of civic organizations. See more. Additionally, he has authored Cubanisms – A look at Cuba through Art and Words (Mango Publishing Group), a narrative about the Cuban language, Cuba, and the Cuban people.
Living in multiple countries, he is a worldly, educated, global citizen and appreciates and respects different approaches and views. Pedro earned a B.A. in English Literature and International Relations from Florida International University and a J.D. from the University of Miami.
